One more consequence of the inclusion of new technologies (TICs) in physical education courses is the creation of this humble blog that has the purpose of being a fast method of communication with my students. Wear good athletic, sport CLOTHES to P.E. in order to be comfortable and move better! (we don´t need to see your underwear...)
Wear good athletic, sport SNEAKERS to P.E. so that you can run, jump and play! (don´t wear them untied)
RESPECT yourself, others and the equipment!
